With nearly 20 years’ home kitchen experience, I am passionate about creating recipes that taste great and look amazing but are easily accessible to even the most basic home cooks. I think that’s something that most of your customers – the home cooks, cookbook and online content readers, and those too-busy-to-cook can easily relate to. My focus is on uncomplicated, inexpensive, mostly additive-free cooking that does not compromise on quality or flavour. I use shortcuts where possible, but I never compromise on the quality of ingredients or the final dish in doing so.
I have successfully published two eCookbooks and have worked on a number of cookbook projects for others. I am always looking to create new and inspiring recipes, constantly experiment with ingredients and flavour combinations and keep my eyes peeled for new trends and wholesome natural ingredients.
